Eligibility
Main applicant aged 18 or above
Clean criminal background
Medical examination certificate
Investment via Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC) or approved real estate
Dependent spouse, children under 25, parents, and grandparents eligible
Application Process
Choose SISC contribution or approved real estate investment (minimum USD 400,000 for real estate).
Submit complete application package. Enhanced due diligence review takes 6-8 weeks.
Complete the SISC contribution or real estate purchase upon government approval.
Receive citizenship certificate and apply for passport — usable across 156+ countries.
