The Singapore Employment Pass (EP) is for professionals, managers, and executives who earn SGD 5,000 or more per month. It is employer-sponsored and serves as a key pathway to Singapore Permanent Residency.

Singapore's points-based Complementarity Assessment Framework (COMPASS) for EP approval — scoring on salary, qualifications, diversity, and company support criteria.
Application Process
Secure a qualifying offer from a Singapore employer who will act as EP sponsor.
KSI runs a COMPASS score simulation to estimate approval likelihood.
Employer submits EP application on MOM's EP Online system with supporting documents.
MOM issues IPA letter, valid 6 months for collection of the EP card.
Applicant enters Singapore and collects EP card from MOM services centre.
